RETURN POLICY
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return for store credit or an exchange. Unfortunately, we cannot accept exchanges on sale items, custom orders or holiday items. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unwashed and unused.
MTO-If your item is a Made to Order item (MTO) We can accept an exchange. We charge a 20% restocking fee and the customer is responsible for paying the returning shipping fee. If your Made to Order ( MTO) is damaged due to something on our end, we will remake the item. We quality check all items before shipping. The reason we charge a restocking fee is because Made to order items are personally made just for you. We buy the print and exact size shirt for your order. We dont keep the blank apparel stocked. We purchase according to your order.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Restocking Fee: On MTO items only.
Return Shipping: Customer is responsible.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, we will issue a gift card electronically.
